Greg Blackstone takes 2nd place in the 7th Annual Australian National Forklift Championship

We are very proud to congratulate Greg Blackstone, one of our senior trainers, for his 2nd place result in the 7th Annual Australian Warehousing Association’s National Forklift Championships last week in Brisbane.

The Forklift Championships are an excellent test of an operator’s skillset, moving pallets and cages around a tight circuit against the clock.

To score high in the competition the entrants had to complete all of the tasks within the safe operating procedures for the industry i.e. cannot turn with a load in the air, lower load before moving but also compete against the clock.  A test of an operator’s accuracy, safety and speed combined.

We are exceptionally proud of Greg’s achievement.

Well done Greg, you still got it – no problem with industry currency for you!
The students you train will continue to benefit from your knowledge and skills in the warehousing industry.

PS First place next year please – no pressure!
